1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 7p7p support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations and in accordance with our security policy, 7p7p may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or at any other time deemed appropriate. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of current residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until the verification process is completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.3 Deposit Processing

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks. 7p7p does not charge fees on withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 7p7p accepts no responsibility.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

Funds deposited into your 7p7p account must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity in accordance with our anti-money laundering policy. 7p7p reserves the right to suspend accounts and report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities where required by law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

7p7p offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is presented. General bonus terms applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated are as follows:

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 7p7p are governed by the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market as displayed on the platform at the time the bet is placed. The following general rules apply to all betting activity:

• A bet is confirmed only once 7p7p has accepted it and a bet confirmation reference has been issued to the player.
• 7p7p reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect or erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or human error on the part of the platform.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with 7p7p's specific sport rules for that event type.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market; these are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to available market liquidity and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time during an event.

7 Casino Games

13 Amendments to These Terms

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC checks and any outstanding withdrawal conditions.

15 Governing Law & Disputes
